The Bentley Projects team were thrilled to host a socially distanced groundbreaking event at the Trinity Winchester site on 12th October.

The Right Worshipful the Mayor of Winchester, Councillor Patrick Cunningham, in the presence of HM Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire Nigel Atkinson Esq, presided over the ceremony to mark the start of construction.

UnderOneRoof@trinity will comprise of 12 ‘flatlets’ for people who are rough-sleeping repeatedly – often the hardest to reach and to help in our community. Residents will be offered individualised, person-centred support to help them get their lives back on track and move towards successfully living independently.

Building to the rear of the existing, award-winning day centre, and bounded on two sides by rivers, the design and build project overcomes access issues using a temporary bridge and Kingspan TEK Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS) construction through Bentley SIP Systems.
